These terms apply to your use of rtpx.au (the Site), operated by RTP-X Pty Ltd (RTP-X, we, us). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site provides general information about RTP-X and its software. Site content is not an offer, contractual commitment or professional, financial, legal or regulatory advice. Any supply of RTP-X products or services is governed by a separate written agreement.
We may change the Site or its content at any time. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Site content is owned by or licensed to RTP-X and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Do not submit passwords, confidential information or client data through the Site. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship or require RTP-X to provide products or services.
We handle personal information collected through the Site as described in our Website Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites. RTP-X does not control or endorse those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTP-X is not liable for loss arising from use of or reliance on the Site, inability to access the Site, or third-party websites linked from it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms by publishing the revised version on the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
